Hello and welcome to our site!

We are Simon and Seraina, enthusiastic longtime travelers who were lucky to find a small lot in a cute little village on the Caribean coast. On that lot, we built our beloved cabin Bananatree in 2017 with help from local workers.

While we are traveling the world or spending time with friends and family in our beautiful home country of Switzerland, Bananatree is for rent.

We wanted to create a space in Palomino that we always enjoy when we come back – which happens once every one or two years. So Bananatree became a small oasis in the middle of a vibrant village scene where we, as well as visitors from all around the world, can retreat and relax.
